They want everyone to serve themselves. There is no option. I had a full trolley waiting in 12 items with 4 full trolleys in front of me, this one staff member are also serving cigarettes and customer service , a joke. I won’t come back . Btw Staff after staff standing and watching all the self checkouts . Ridiculous.

Store is very dirty and it's obvious the staff don't want to be working there. People in the isles obviously stealing, yet a staff member breathes down your neck when at the self check out! Btw you have to go to self check out, there is no one on the registers, but you can at least grab the milk and bread if you need.

They need to be more careful with labelling special offers. Three times this year I have had to complain about unclear or downright misleading shelf labelling. Today Tea bags were clearly labeled reduced from $5.50 to $5.00. Price at self-serve checkout (hate them, but usually only one staffed checkout open!) $6.30. When I complained the error was rectified, but I was made to feel I was a nuisance for complaining. Customer service is clearly not one of the aims of this store.

❗Edit: They are now back to closing at Midnight every night again so the rating has changed from one star to FOUR!They used to close at midnight, but have since changed to 10:00 p.m. CloseSo for those that are on shift work and finish at about 11:00 there's no opportunity to go there

They don't have much variety as compared to other coles branches. Also, self-check counter needs upgrade as it's too tight with less space to manage your items.

Disappointed to find that after many years the store has decided as of tonight to change its trading hours to 10pm. Observed many people being turned away arriving minutes after 10pm.Not very nice to the shift workers that could have stopped at other stores closer to their work but chose to come to this store as it’s on the way home and more convenient.

Without a doubt the worst customer service for a coles ever.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BAKERYThey will not investigate contaminated food, they'll just ignore it and give you your money back.

Very good selection. Always reasonably clean and the fresh produce is generally higher quality than I have experienced at other Coles/Woolies stores.

Very poor customer service. They don’t pick up the phone. After 10 attempts, finally got through to someone who was so rude. Won’t be going back.
