AVOID! Terrible customer service. Rude staff . Stood there for 15 minutes and had to ask for assistance. They limit the amount of sample tiles to 3 only. When I asked to take five sample tiles and pay in full for the cost of the tiles they still refused. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Take your hard earned dollar elsewhere.

This place has a great range of tiles but what shame in their customer service. I pretty much got ganged up on and was told off for asking for clean tiles. I was basically told that i can take it or leave it as they are and if I'm not happy with the dirty tiles to just leave them and go. I've never experienced such offensive customer service. What a real disappointment!!!

Poor customer service. We bought 6m sq of tiles and change our mind about the color a week later and decided to exchange it with another color from the shop that we liked. They haven't accepted our request because the tiles we bought were at the end of stock. It was a 500$ purchase and I don't think it would have been a big miss for them to change the tile against another type but for us it was.

Good customer service by lovely and experienced staff. The range there are absolutely gorgeous. Prices are so good for such quality tiles. Strongly recommend everyone to shop there.
