I have used Performia Australia as a tool to assist me in choosing suitable employees for different roles in two different businesses. Each time the assessments have been absolutely accurate. Performia really explores the qualities and attributes and skills required for the role and then develops the way to obtain the information from the candidate to assess their suitability. There’s no way of knowing, from a couple of interviews how a person can perform the role you have. Performia assesses productivity, achievement and personality and how a candidate will perform in the role. I highly recommend this product to help with recruiting a great team.

I have used the Performia system and Jazz in particular for more than 20 years. Jazz and her colleagues are professional and a pleasure to deal with. The system is bullet proof for portraying the real personality profile of anyone potentially hire-able into your business. The knowledge gained is invaluable for placing employees in any position of importance within the business. The recruitment industry can be a minefield if treated lightly or entrusted without detailed knowledge. My organisations and I have made costly mistakes when moving forward without the back-up of the Performia System. I highly recommend the people and the program.

My experience with the Performia method has been a steep learning curve, but you can't ask for better support and guidance from Negar, Jaz, Gareth and the rest of the Performia AU team. The face-to-face training was great and i wasn't sure what to expect with the move to online learning - but i can comfortably say I am learning even better with their online model. Negar and Jaz are always available for real-time support to make sure we are getting the most of the training and that we are getting the results we need. Already I am getting positive results from the insights gained and this will only improve as we further implement our learnings.

I've used Performia since 2005 in my organisation and have not, in all those years, managed to fault them. Negar is a caring when she needs to be, tough when she needs to be, but always gets the product of the right employees in our organisation at the right time. Our company is tough to cater for, too, as it's an ever-evolving industry but Performia has been great for us, training our staff to make sure we hire the right people. The last year was the most trying for us (2020), but I credit Performia in a big way with getting us through it in the best possible way.
