Parcel was lost and was I was never notified that they even tried to deliver/help with investigating its whereabouts or why it was lost. Not helpful at all.

Appalling service. I ordered through a different company and they use this company to deliver. I paid $60 express post and it took over a month to deliver, when I actually called this company they couldn’t even track my order and when I disputed the payment with PayPal as it had arrived the day before the dispute closed (45 days so at day 44 it arrived) and I had told the company to cancel order weeks prior I got stuck with a product I no longer required (gift for 18th that I had to buy another gift as it didn’t arrive in the 5 to 7 days as payed for). This company is a joke, they are attached to DISTANCE BANDS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Expensive lesson learnt.

Customer Service is non existent. They do not respond to any email queries. Item not received and I have tried to find out what is going on and had no response whatsoever.

Inadequate online tracking, no idea where ebay-originated package they have is. Package has not moved in over a month, and they will only respond to ebay due to the 'legal agreement' they have with them, not the customers whose package it is. No competency, no accountability. Poor level of service.

I've received an email stating that my package has been delivered. I was home all day with the door open and I got nothing. After reading other reviews on this company, I'm not expecting an answer, or better still, my package!!

Very useless,trying to blame eBay over every question I had ,waiting on a parcel I bought 40 days ago , after few emails and calls never received an update nor help ,I hope I'll never deal with this company again .

We have been using Pitney Bowes folding, inserting and mailing machines for over 15 years.Our most recent contract with them is on its 4th year of CONSTANT FAILURES.Both machines in our office have been UNRELIABLE SINCE NEW and have not improved despite numerous complaints.Anytime we need to use the machine for anything more than a few letters, it fails... We call the service line and it takes 2 days (minimum) and the results are generally a Band-aid fix" to what seems like a much bigger problem.Their postage machine constantly fails to connect to their servers and they blame our network until we prove (every time) that the fault is not on our end. We've been told several times from service techs that hard drives needed to be replaced but they would not spend the time or money on it.The cost to our business of using stamps and completing the process manually to comply with our clients service level agreements is horrendous. This does not seem to be anything for them to be concerned about.When the frustrations hit boiling point
