Oz Phone Repairs

I took my water damaged iPhone hoping it would be restored to normal and in an hour I walked out with a restored phone and screen. Highly recommend and will only fix my phone here from now on. The service was excellent and I was updated the whole time I was waiting and given options and reassurance also I did price compare and it was the cheapest here as well.

Thank you team @ Oz Phone Repairs! I dropped my iPhone off this morning after not being able to power it on or charge it for two weeks with chargers working for my other apple devices. Of course it charged in their office. They took my iPhone to run tests and confirmed it was working fine. They told me about a button sequence to use should this happen again and returned my phone no charge even after I offered. I had to say thank you and share this great customer service. Highly recommend them and thank you again team!

..ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC COMPANY....ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE..**AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BRILLIANT REPAIR-WORK**.I took my Apple laptop to Oz Phone Repairs in the hope they could fix it for me, as the battery had burnt out and bowed the entire base of my laptop.I’ve taken it to many different Apple MAC stores and private computer stores over the last few years and was turned away everytime with the comment it couldn’t be fixed and I needed to buy a new laptop.Oz Phone Repairs looked at my laptop and told me to leave it with them. The next day I got a call that they could fix it, within that week and I was quoted such a reasonable price.When I got my laptop back it had everything still on there and was in brand new working order.I’ve kept this broken laptop for over 5 years in hopes of getting it fixed, and getting all of my photos and videos of my children back and now thanks to this amazing team, I’ve gotten them all.Couldn’t recommend this company more highly!

Must say Leena and Sogie are very nice and cooperative. True & fair dealing. They show me the part before replacing which I think is a good way of satisfying the customer. The best part is they listen and understands my situation/requirements rather than arguing or asking for money. They are not greedy!!!

Amazing service and communication by Leena, phone was picked up from home , Oz repairs did what they had to do , Leena kept me updated , payment was done online and phone was delivered back to my address the next business day. I mean what a service, so easy and trustworthy process and the best part , everything was sorted without me stepping out of house. Highly recommend to all. Best service hands down in Sydney. Took my phone for repairs at 2 other companies, no dice. Saw an add and took a chance so glad I did... great positive people to deal with organise a temp phone and sorted my phone out with minimal fuss. Kept me up to date and confirmed everything before proceeding. Their prices were more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs assistance, repairs or data recovery!

My phone was water damaged. When I got it out of the water, I basically did everything wrong. I turned it off (right thing to do) and then kept turning to turn it on (wrong thing to do and then I continue to do everything wrong). I tried to charge it. It overheated. Left it then tried to charge it again. Basically did all the things you’re not supposed to do when water gets in your phone. Then left my phone to get repaired after 2-3 weeks after the incident.I recently made a recovery key (iOS) because someone was trying to hack into my Apple account and therefore signed out of all other devices. If you’ve made a recovery key, you know that if you lose the key then you lose your account. Well my mum threw out the book I wrote it in and I thought I lost all my precious memories of my deceased father.Thankfully, after looking at the reviews on oz phone repairs, I decided to go with them to try and they delivered above and beyond.I cannot describe how helpful they were in all departments. I also cannot describe how happy I am with what they helped me with, I don’t think they’ll know just what they did with saving my phone and therefore recovering all my precious memories of my deceased dad.Thank you oz repair team. Would rate 100/5 if I could

They got surface pro on a Friday....battery & charger problems. Got it back the next Tuesday. Working better than ever. New battery fitted.The charge was considerably less than others I tried and the assurances & confidence given was great. But for Oz Phones my surface was headed for the bin...other prices, risk of breaking screen etc. was just beyond reason! These are true honest technicians prepared to help & not skin you alive.... also the speed was incredible....no weekends there. Can not speak more highly...Thanks
