Yiayia's Bakery

Wasn't having a good experience with customer service, but I do enjoy the pastries I bought. Might going back to try their other baked goods. Hopefully the service will improve by then.

They had their first year opening anniversary last weekend and had big party with the community. They had a substantial stall in the street outside the shop with free food and drinks, music and dancing, and general community engagement and spirit. My children loved it and I thought it was a beautiful thank you for community support. I felt compelled to buy something as a first time visitor. We will visit again.

Yiayia’s Bakery is full to the brim with delights of all kinds. They make delicious coffees and sweet treats that I can’t recommend enough. Every single employee of theirs I’ve met is wonderfully kind, thoughtful and generous, I’m not sure how they managed to find so many lovely people. If you find yourself in the Gungahlin area, you must stop by Yiayia’s.

Just had a genuine 5 star experience at this wonderful bakery. Wonderful family business and the food was amazing. The pies were delicious and the best orange cake I've had outside of Europe. Staff were super nice to my family. Definitely will be returning for much more.

What an amazing bakery with delicious authentic Greek goodies and amazing coffee. The hardest thing was to decide what to eat. Great service. Will definitely be back.

The service was unprofessional, unfriendly, and overall disappointing.In a service-based industry like a bakery, customer satisfaction should be a top priority. However, it appears that wasn't the case in this instance. The lack of empathy and engagement from the staff left me feeling dissatisfied and unappreciated as a customer. I left the bakery feeling disappointed and unwilling to return. When I asked about the product, they were unaware about it and laughing with their co-workers in the corner feel like as if they were making a customer joker.Overall, having bad customer service at a bakery can ruin the experience. The quality of the products is only one aspect of a successful bakery; the quality of the service is equally important. If customers are not treated with respect and empathy, they will not return, and the bakery will suffer.

Nescafe quality coffee. Order was wrong twice and place was fairly messy. Babychinio arrived scalding hot and burned my child's mouth. Mcdonald's is the better choice for coffee.
