Domayne Auburn

I don’t normally write reviews but after the amazing service we received at the Domayne bedding department in Auburn I wanted to share our experience. We have done a complete renovation on our house so have had to make hundreds of selections to furnish our home. Of all the suppliers we have been to over the last 6 months the service we received from Mung and his team was a stand out. Mung spent a lot of time with us explaining the different options for our beds. One of his team (sorry, I can’t recall her name) was very knowledgeable about interior design and helped us narrow down the huge selection of fabrics for our bedheads until we found the right ones. Mung followed up with all our requests, and went above and beyond. We are very grateful to him and the team. Thank you.

I bought furniture from Domayne and the lady by the name Dani was a tremendous help. She went out of her way to get me a good price and organised the furniture to be delivered and followed up on my delivery. The delivery drivers were also professional. They got my furniture in a breeze. The quality of the furniture is what I expected and I highly recommend purchasing from here.

A wonderful experience. We purchased most of our furniture for our new place here. Such friendly and helpful staff, awesome range, great prices and even further discounts given off the sale prices thanks to Sunni! Really looking forward to our delivery at the end of January

Can you give negative stars?Service from start to finish has been utterly disgraceful.We happily bought a sofa in January from Danica with the confirmation that we will have our couch by the end of the month (even the receipt states 2 to 4 weeks lead time!). February came and we had received no update. We spent the next 6 months proactively calling THEM for updates after being told it will arrive in March, then July and finally August. Little in the way of an apology was uttered from anyone as we were continuously palmed off to various team members across Furniture, Payments and Customer Service. Understandably, Covid has had an effect on all, but to think a reputable business like would treat customers like this is appalling.Second frustration was having to chase up a final receipt after paying the balance. Five phone calls later we settled for an email stating that we had paid in full.The cherry on top - the sofa arrived today (218 days later) with 2 left hand sides! Yet another call has provided no clear solution as we were told to wait for a response from a lady who only works Mon-Fri. This is beyond the worst experience we have ever had. In summary, buy from any other retailer in Australia - the only thing premium about these guys is the price.

Bought some chairs from Domayne Furniture. When collecting the chairs on Saturday no one showed up till 9:45am, making me wait 45 minutes. When I received the boxes they were already damaged. Then when I called the store and requested that he franchisee call me back to discuss. He/She decided not to call me back either. Guess it goes to show, the store can offer great deals, but can also offer mediocre service with an owner who does not care about following up complaints.

Purchase beed from this locationIn both of our visits, there were staff just lying on the beds and didn't care if there was a customer around !! Thanks to Claire, we made the purchase. Otherwise, We have totally gone somewhere else

If I could rate minus stars I would.. I purchased outdoor dining set from Domayne Auburn. 7 out of 8 chairs were damaged, 4 cushions had marks and the table itself was also damaged. I have requested a refund as I believe they will not get me 100% quality items. It is a disgrace for Domayne to deliver such conditioned items. Do not buy from Domayne. Fair trading will fix you.

I recently bought couple of furnitures form the Auburn Domayne, bedding department. I cannot recommend this store enough as my family and I had the highest level of service we could have. Andy, who was with us from the very beginning of our purchase till after-care was just terrific. He promised us that we won’t be disappointed and he kept his promise. He has the most beautiful manners to his customers and mostly, has the experience and knowledge to give them what they want. He does everything to make the customers feel more than satisfied with service and products. My family come back to this store just for Andy.The delivery and installation team of Domayne were also just amazing. Tommy and Brad who did the job had the best attitude and made sure everything was perfect and we were satisfied. Despite how hot the weather was (AC wasn’t working on the day), they had their smiles on and did everything in the most polite and friendly manner. We truly appreciate their hard work.If you want to go to a store who has genuine care and support for their costumers, I truly recommend Auburn Domayne. They have the best staffs and high-level of service!

My bedding was delivered yesterday morning. It was delivered and installed perfectly by your wonderful delivery team, Tommy and the Boys. Such a great team. They were quick careful and very polite. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
