The property management team was ineffective and failed to respond and answer emails. When they took over the property I was renting, they did not give us any information for emergencies but freely gave our numbers to businesses that were badgering us with phone calls and text messages. They blatantly disregard privacy laws and willfully shared information that they shouldn’t. Their sales agent Jenny Jones who was the previous property manager is great until you mention mold. I would not recommend this agency at all. My experience was a nightmare.

Would highly recommend Andy to sell your property. For many reasons. We were impressed by how much energy both he and Rick had but we also liked their plan of attack to sell.Andy has been in constant communication throughout, so we knew where the sale was at. Our first buyer pulled out and within 2 hours he had found us another with the same offer. Outstanding!Our house sold in 3 weeks and we could not be happier! Andy works very hard for his clients and is a genuinely nice bloke!

Great experience, Bria answered every question I had (and there were many) and did so with patience and promptness and without pressure.
