Amazing chai! So many varieties to choose from and each one we tried was fantastic. The service and friendly staff were a delight. They were so busy but they all had a smile on their faces and they genuinely cared for their customers, especially Rory and Ria- thanks for the amazing experience guys!

Finally found best spot for our evening tea-time conversations. We tried too many places before this, but none offered this ambience and range of teas.This place is not just about selling tea, they really promote social interaction’s over a cup of tea.Very price-worthy, reliable and their playlist - oh god became a fan for this place already.Thanks to the management for this establishment and continuous effort to serve communities.Being a resident of far western suburb, I still travel 22 km just to visit this place.Much recommended for tea lovers.

Speciality chai of various exotic flavours served in glass tumblers reminiscent of the chaiwallahs in India brought back memories. The teas were good. We could have appreciated some help on the various flavours from the staff but they were quite busy taking orders.The chai bar has very limited seating so the ambiance is not for a relaxed meeting with friends for a chat over a cuppa. The service is a bit on the slow side with average wait time of 20 minutes. Perhaps it was the time of day we went.

The chai is not what we expected. It is overpriced and overhyped. Saw the chef, making tea and pouring it to a glass and she tasted it in the glass before giving it to the customer. Totally not hygienic. Maybe i would think differently if I hadn't seen this happening. But now I'm never going back here. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Best Chai Bar I have been to in Sydney! Great place to try some authentic and multiple flavours of Chai. The ambience is amazing and cosy which is apt for a chai bar. Great place to hangout with friends of family.Highly Recommend for Chai lover and non chai lovers too !
