If you're wondering about whether to try a class here, do it. I was super nervous before my first class, but Janelle's empathy, enthusiasm and energy made those fears disappear, and I've been hooked on her classes ever since. The other instructors are fabulous as well.I was a complete beginner - weak as & unfit - but after a few months I already feel stronger, fitness is improving, and I look forward to every class.I'm not exaggerating when I say this has changed my life. I'm so glad you opened in Mt Ev ❤️

Initial consultation was a success - warm & friendly greeting from the moment I arrived and time taken to assess my concern and formulate a plan of treatment. I hobbled in, but left feeling better about my recovery and informed as to how I can help myself heal before a follow up appointment.

Likening Ben to Jesus may be laughable but I can attest that I can walk (well run) again and it’s all because of the healing hands (and needles) of Ben!I saw Ben for a couple of sessions given some minor issues with my calf and knee. Using both physio methods and dry needling I have never felt better or stronger to the point I have already ran a 15km training run in preparation for the Run Melbourne half in July.Form and Practice in Mount Evelyn and Olinda are the place to go as the team here know how to bring you back to form and recover or maintain for your best fitness target.

Wonderful physio practice. Caring, friendly and understanding staff. I have been seeing Lis Coffey (physio) who is achieving great outcomes for my back and knee problems.Lis is very caring and professional. By far the best physio I have ever seen. I can highly recommend this Practice.
