they were trying to buy my hilux that had a blown engine. they were completely aware of this because they organised a tow truck and had agreed on 4k without all the extras. so we took all the extras off. They rock up. see there’s a girl and took advantage of her and tried to intimidate her to accepting a lower offer than 4k. absolutely disgusting. rude. unacceptable. unprofessional. Told em to get lost.

Talked to. Shaun? On phone He sounded like he didn't realy care about anything . Got a price on 1 side mirror for an 80 series $180 . Get real wat a joke . I just found tgem online brand new for $80 each .

Extremely bad manners over the phone, wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and just hung up the phone. Was after a simple part and if they had listened it would have been an easy conversation.

Was very clear they had very little knowledge of cars and after giving my details 3 times still had them wrong. it was obvious they had no clue about the part I was talking about so said they'd message after they've had a look. Got a message about 1 minute after I got off the phone so doubt they even looked.

The only company that called me back. Very helpful staff. The tow truck driver was on time, polite and helpful. Getting some cash in my pocket is a bonus. Can't wait to wreck the next car I get ;-). Highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by website or offers of cash. No response to my quote submission. So I rang - They came to pick up and were expecting to just take it. No offers of cash. Had to ask them 3 times before they were about to load it. I stated I wanted $400. They then offered $100 with words to the effect they don't salvage parts (rubbish), I countered $200 just to be done with it and off the property - for a high end undamaged European car. They just drove off without a word??? unreasonable counter?? Unbelievable.
