The Alignment Studio

I visited the Alignment Studio for the first time on Monday.I had never visited a physiotherapist and found my first experience pleasant and well worth it.Peter took my situation into consideration, and took his time to explain every step along the way and ensured that my comfort was top priority.My knee had been playing up since 2018 and I had avoided physiotherapy as I thought it would be a waste of time, however, after only two sessions with Peter, I feel like a new woman.My knee is even better than what it is on any good day!Highly recommended!

Michelle Labonia Physio has led me through my first experience of reformer pilates, with amazing results! As a mature age dancer, I need to keep fit and youthful. Michelle has enabled me to achieve more than I drea M Ed possible. Huge thanks Michelle for you passion, dedication and stellar expertise!

I first walked through the doors of The Alignment Studio in mid-2022, weighed down by a multitude of old injuries. I did not have any expectations, and assumed I might be able to improve ‘a little bit’.Now, having worked with Michelle (who is a fantastic Physiotherapist), I can honestly say I have seen a real change in how I feel both mentally and physically. I would highly recommend Michelle Labonia at The Alignment Studio to anyone in need of a physio! I’ve visited her several times for upper back and chest pain and numbness/tingling in my arm and always feel I'm in the best hands. Michelle is very thorough and knowledgeable and you can tell she has a genuine interest and care for her patients. Amazing treatment from start to finish and explains everything in such a helpful way. The exercises and posture adjustments she has given me have been so effective and I am so grateful!

I initially came to Pete at the alignment studio for some back issues I had from work but ended up also seeing him after I injured my knee. In both of these cases, Pete provided excellent advice and exercises and helped ease the pain and tightness in my muscles.My knee is on the mend and my back is in a great condition! It's actually such a relief to not have to sit at a desk in discomfort.If you're dealing with a chronic pain or an injury, which I've now seen Pete for both, I highly recommend visiting the Alignment Studio!

The studio is amazing!! Felt very well taken care of. I had a series of treatment with Anna, and she was very nice, skillful and gentle. Everyone in the studio was also very nice and friendly.

I would happily recommend The Alignment Studio it is a professional practice and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. In particular the support I have received from Michelle as a physiotherapist and Pilates instruction has been wonderful and assisted greatly in my rehabilitation.
