Just went in to Peter Shearer to buy some trousers for work and was waiting patiently by the trousers while the sales people were serving. The reason we went in there was we had great service from the guy with the mow when we went in to purchase a vest for a wedding so I would give him 5 stars. The reason for only 1 star is while waiting when the sales people were finished with there customers they would serve people who just came in. I understand one group had an appointment but when people get served on a tie over trousers and with the sale buy one get the second half price I was going to buy a few pairs and felt ignored. I grabbed my girls and I did make it known that I was not happy and said out loud we are not going to get served. I left the store without buying my work trousers and probably never return with those 2 sales people working there. I will be happy to talk to management but if it was one of the 2 that was there I would prefer a contact number to the area manager to explain the situation to them.

The team there were awsome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me out on a short notice event, would recommend them from the first suit buyer to a seasoned veteran. Will definitely be back.

The Mt Barker store was able to source a pair of pants from their city store within 24 hrs. Very efficient and polite staff. Highly recommended for mens clothing of a higher standard and quality.
