Trains don't arrive often. So wait times are long. Trains are also often delayed. Not the staff's fault but NSW transport.

This station used to be grand before 22/10/14 we could go to the bathrooms and catch buses to meet up with trains. Now oposite buses never meet with trains infact we always miss by 2min and bathrooms we are locked out at nights we have to urinate off the station platforms and thats really wrong and trains have gotten worse and i would give it a 1star if it wasn't for the great help of the train staff and im praying things improve

This is my first time in this area and it seems to be nice and peaceful with a few shops, churches, schools and childcare facilities. It took me 2 hours to get there from city CBD by public transportation.

Easily accessible with lift access. But no good coffee for morning commuters.

Berowra station is a medium sized junction for the T1 North Shore line as well as the Central Coast and Newcastle line. During peak times it has a service to the city every 12 minutes on average. Weekends are less frequent, typically every 30 minutes or so. While there are two car parks these fill early on weekdays, often before 7am and you may need to park on the highway or surrounding streets after this. There is a small shopping strip directly opposite the station with a takeaway store, newsagent, bakery, Chinese restaurant, pharmacy, BWS bottle shop and a cafe. Buses leave from the station to Berowra Heights. From the station you can also access walking tracks in Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park to Mt Kuring-Gai and Bobbin Head to the east, or the Great North Walk to the West in Berowra Valley National Park.

Stupidly left my belongings on a train at Chatswood and one of the staff at Berowra station where the train terminated was so kind as to not only call me back once they were found but also organised for them to be sent back to Chatswood station on the next train to save me a 1 hr return trip. The whole team really made my day and I am so grateful for their help!
