Happy Paws team are amazing. I took my poodle in on Saturday and they ended up working extremely hard to get her perfect. I dropped my poodle, Zoe early and they took their time to look at her and asked me what kind of style I wanted. Apparently, Zoe was very matted and they called to discuss with me about what solution we could proceed with. I'm very happy as they are very transparent and willing to help. I definitely recommend other pawrents to Happy Paws Petshop. I didn't get the lady's name but she is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I recently stopped by this pet shop and was blown away by the level of customer service and care provided by the staff. They had a great selection of quality products and food for my furry friend, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about each product. They took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me great advice for keeping my pet healthy and happy. The store was clean and organized, and I appreciated the attention to detail that went into creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their humans. The best pethouse ever! My first choice for my two furry cat babies for grooming and boarding while i m on vacation! I always went to their chatswood store even i live in eastern suburb. Now the mascot store opened! So happy i have a trustworthy pet shop nearby! The owner lady is a super warm hearted pet lover who will definitely take best care of ur furry babies!
