A small shop but filled with beautiful pastries, cakes and hot food.The ladies working were absolutely lovely and provided great service with a smile.I would definitely recommend Townsville Bake Inn for a hot lunch or special treat.

My friend and I just purchased 2 pies each from this establishment. I can safely say that all four had too much salt and fat. The pastry was chewy and not crispy in the slightest. Would be nice to see a change in the recipes. Or the staff. Service was sub par. They need a better system. If I wanted to spend $4.80 on a chocolate milk I would go to the servo.

Had a pastie today. Sun.Tastes excellent, nice amount of pepper. pastry was nice.. The only change I’d make is finer cut veges. 8/10. Well done.Beef Pie testing tomorrow.

I stopped in here today to grab some sausage rolls for my kids. The lady took a bit as she was cleaning and ringing out some dirty rags as we walked in - no problem it's the end of day cleaning needs to be done. When she grabbed the sausage rolls out she used a spatula on the bottom and her fingers on top, I asked if she had washed her hands after touching the dirty water she said no. Yuck if this is how their staff handle cooked food I'd hate to see the prep. I'll never come back here super dissapointed, they just went straight back into the window for the next customer.

My favourite pie shop, perfect crust and delicious filling. They also have tasty sweet treats just like mum would make.
