Pacific Sun Bargara Beach Motel

From the moment i entered reception i felt welcomed. Our room was fantastic with a kitchenette which we didnt expect. What i noticed as soon as i walked in was how clean it was. The cleaner should be congratulated on a super job.It was in a fantastic position with the hotel just a quick walk.Will definitely stay there again if we are ever in Bargara again.Thanks so much for having us.Jo

The bed was the most comfy I have slept in anywhere. Family owned and operated, friendly staff. It had everything we needed. I understand the motel will be renovated in the near future. 2brm was Clean, air con, roomy, everything necessary. Next door to Police Station a big safety bonus. I would stay again.

Great location clean and tidy rooms ,staff friendly and helpful. The TV was not that great but we did not go to watch tv. A 5 minute walk to the beach and cafe's what more could you want

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room. Dylan gave us lots of great advice & suggestions for sightseeing in the area, they are extremely friendly & helpful hosts.Thank you Dylan & Andrea for a lovely stay.

We can not be more grateful for the above exceptional customer service and care we received from Andrea! From the moment I spoke to her over the phone to the day we departed with our newborn baby, she exceeded our expectations and took so much stress out of our situation. Due to the maternity bypass in Gladstone hospital, we needed to relocate to Bundaberg. We did not have any firm dates for our stay, however Andrea looked after us so well. Nothing was an issue, we just moved rooms as we needed to extend. Location was amazing too! We will definitely stay again as this level of service is a rare find. Thank you for making our life easy at such an important time!

Enjoyed staying here. Everyone seemed very friendly. Andrea was so helpful, wanting to help in anyway possible. It was very clean and each cleaner I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and close to shops etc. Thanks guys.

Thank you Andrea for an almost stay over the May long weekend. We were booked to stay over the Labour Day long weekend, however received a call from Andrea on the Sat once we had arrived in Bundy to say she had to move our booking to their sister motel a short distance away and had paid the difference. Andrea was so lovely to talk to and so helpful. She made the call to find us somewhere else when it turned out she had no room. So even though we didn't stay there i would very much recommend this motel.

Great location (short stroll to the water) and nice, clean room. Would have liked the wifi password, but we were on the go a lot and just used our data when needed (it was unclear how to log on - we could have asked reception, I guess, but sometimes it's more convenient to just have it displayed/details on the key, etc). Otherwise, happy with the accomodation and the kitchenette. Would stay here again - saw a couple more motels nearby that didn't look anywhere near as welcoming.

The stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable a short walk to everything. The friendly service was next level throughout all of our booking changes and requests. Great value for money. Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service, had a little problem the first night, let Dylan know and he kept us informed in every step of fixing the problem. The team where always ready with a hello, need any thing, everything alright. Highly recommend a stay with this young team.
