Cannot recommend David & Wilson Cycle Works highly enough!!! The most efficient, friendly, convenient and professional service possible. The whole process works smoothly and my bike now runs perfectly - I even broke my record time to work by 1 minute!

Bike is running and looking better than brand new! Solved an issue with the rear derailleur on the first go, which another bike shop couldn't get sorted after three visits in two weeks.

Convenient pickup with a quick turnaround. Bike has never rolled so smoothly and the gears have never been snappier. Highly recommend and will be using for all future services.

I had my low spec commute bike repaired by Wilson's Cycle Works. I chose the Advanced service because the bike needed it and I did not want to do any work myself. The overall cost was $408 which is not far from the cost of a brand new bike. Regardless the Cateye odometer was not repaired when I specifically asked for that. I was advised to buy a battery and fix it myself. The rear wheel was not fully inflated it could be a slow leak. I now wonder if they took the bike for a test ride beforehand. I assume that was not part of the Advanced service.Anyway after riding my bike home it did not feel like I got a premium/advanced service but I certainly paid that price.Very disappointed.

Is the business still running ? I can't get a hold of Dave over the phone or insta. A shame coz it's a great service. He did a miracle with my MTB.

Great, friendly service. Dave has a true passion for bikes and the finished product shows it. Built My Carbon Trek from the ground up. Couldn't have asked for a better build. Thank you Dave.
