It's my favourite bakery in Mandurah. My favourite loaf is the hi low, that I got free when joining, now I get at least 2 every week. Also a bit partial to the cream & jam Boston bun. The 3 girls Amber, Mikayla and Lani are such an asset to this store. It brightens my day seeing them.

I eat Pasta Dura bread which disappointingly tastes very differently than it used to. I recently bought a loaf from a different franchise and wow the good old taste and crust. Halls Head is never very consistent, even the thickness varies.

Rude staff, while waiting I answered my phone (yes it was important) staff member just ignored me and served other people even though I was the only one standing there while the staff member fluffed with the bread ended up just waking away soooo rude

just purchased two feta and spinach danishes from there and they had little to no filling unlike the Hains shopping centre franchise which are quite full.

Staff in need of some training and obviously don't know it is rude to stare! One particular staff member 'Kaitlyn' is so very rude, when the older lady was there she was smiling and being friendly but when no one is watching she is so rude the way she speaks, stares and looks you up and down. This girl does not want to be working here, surely you can find someone else who is in need of a job and wants to work not just someone who smiles during an interview!

The ladies that work there never offer to warm anything up, it's like, no I don't want my croissant cold, behind the glass they look warm, takes 1 minute???!

We bought an undercooked and therefore heavy and unappetising custard and almond scroll from you yesterday. A real disappointment, as the one we gor from you a few months ago was superb! Are you just not getting good bakers?
