We've now been here twice. The first time was an excellent experience, and that's why we came back a second time. Unfortunately, the second time the food was pretty average. And reminder to self- don't order the duck fat potatoes. They are bland and not crispy. The chips are really nice though.

Best restaurant in Ballarat in my opinion. The food is great, the atmosphere is warm and the restaurant staff are incredible.I am however surprised at the hostility we were engaged in for the last 2 nights. We dine here a minimum of 4 times a week. Not sure why Merrilyn from reception was threatening us for 2 nights in a row. This is outrageous. We were just having a peaceful dinner and she just walks over to us threatening us. Day 1 we let it pass, then again tonight……. I don’t understand why a customer would receive threats in front of my little children and all the customers.Completely unacceptable behaviour and this is actually a police case. Such bullying and harassment is not something I anticipated.She even called security guards on us. Poor guys didn’t know what to do as we didn’t seem to be the problem.She has lovely photos of our car parked on a disabled spot. I hope she took a photo of the full parking lot too. There was nowhere to park and we had to get our little ones into the restaurant in harsh weather conditions.I personally have over 600 staff working for my company and if any one of them was to treat a client the way she has, I can guarantee you, she would not be staying with us.

My family and I come here regularly for dinner - the customer service is prompt, friendly, accommodating and the food is tasty. The manager, Linh, is great to chat with and makes our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend!

Been here a couple of times, only for coffee and cake, the place is clean, tidy and appealing, the staff are friendly and efficient. Coffee is perhaps a 7 out of 10, you wont go home saying its the best coffee you ever had, but you certainly wont say its the worst. Cakes, and other munchies are better than average and the environment on the deck outside by the lake is actually lovely. I have visited here at low volume times and have never seen it busy so far. All in all 8/10

Amazing experience of taste sensations!!Absolutely impressed with the combinations and presentation of each plate...Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and when I attempted to compliment the Chef on his quality of food served... he was adamant the service was to the credit of everyone involved!!I had one dish that was not exactly to my order, however it was still amazingly delicious and I ate every mouthfull before I remembered to complain...Thank you all AZZURI team members!!-Jenisse.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superbly impressed by this restaurant for their services, friendliness, and efficiency. The food are of high standard and quality for freshness and deliciousness.First time I had oysters with blueberry pickled. My husband and I weren't sure what to expect, but I would say, we would not have them the other way, we LOVED it!The rest of the food was full of yummy surprises. We will make the 2 hours trip from Mt Dandenong to Ballarat to dine there again.

If your in Ballarat, and your wondering where to go for a great meal, go to Billy's Bistro. The wine selection (all local) was great and the 2 x Mains (beef cheeks and Wagu Beef) were simply delicious. The service was warm and friendly. Thankyou for a great dinner.

Stayed at Mercure Hotel for 3 days and Azzuri served the best food I ever had. Customer service is great. Loved the portions and menus. Highly recommend.
