Had an appointment for glass replacement, and on arrival, I got to know it's out of stock. My whole day wasted

Apparently even though I was there, they couldn't help me, unless l rang and booked an appointment, so rang from outside the store and couldn't get in for two weeks!!! Ended up going elsewhere. The customer service was excellent!

these Jokers, smashed my windscreen to get it out , I finally got my car back 3 hours later than quoted time, and the smashed Glass was left in my car, it was everywhere. Don't go here, these people are Incompetent

Brought in my Tesla for a windscreen replacement. Was assured that they could fix it but went back twice and they still couldn’t recalibrate the cameras on the windscreen. Essentially made things worse.Was promised by Alexi that I will get a phone call from the manager for a resolution but no surprise that I didn’t hear anything.They are nice people but just incompetent. Hopefully it’s not representative of the whole O’Brien group and just poor management with their Epping branch.

Replacement of Triton windshield done in the time frame I was given. With good service from reception to technician.I recommend

If i could give negative stars I would!My experience with O'Brien Epping has been utterly terrible!3 times they were booked to do a mobile windscreen replacement, and each time they failed to complete the task, 2/3 of the time without any notice or notification, forcing my to chase them down to figure out what was happening.The 3rd time when someone actually came out with broken glass I was assured a call back to re-book which never occurred, again having to chase them down to figure out what was going on!I have used other O'Brien stores in the past without issue, but this Epping Branch in my experience are highly disorganised and incapable with poor communication.I could not recommend avoiding them more highly, save yourself time and stress, go somewhere else!

I would like to express my upmost disappointment with my recent experience. I got a family member to take a day off to take my car to Epping Obrien to get my whole windscreen changed. Mind you, my brother drove 1hr45 to get there just for Obrien Epping to tell us that they ordered the wrong windscreen for my car and to reschedule another day. Time is money and honestly having to get someone to take a day off just to reschedule because of your team incompetency is appalling. Not even an apology for the mistake, then the customer service person has the audacity to say “maybe the client didn’t give the right details”. My insurance dealt with Obrien not me so that was a very uneducated and ignorant comment to make. Customer service ZERO.Epping branch called me on the same day to rebook me at another branch who they confirmed had the windscreen. Took another day off the following weekend. Drove another 1hr to get to the Tullamarine branch. I get there, the guy tells me sorry we don’t have your windscreen type.Use me as an example. Save yourself the frustration and the time. Just don’t go there !

Have to give them 5 stars. The communication from them a few days before was good. The service guy who came out to install the windscreen knew his job, and was a nice guy. Thanks again Noah.

Had the displeasure of dealing with Obriens Epping after a window chip repair by them failed and my windscreen cracked.I was told that this wasn’t a warranty issue but they would subtract the price of the repair from the cost of replacing the windscreen.The price quoted was in the 700$ dollar range WITH the repair refunded and I would have to wait at least 4 weeks until they could fit me in.A quick call to a nearby competitor and my windscreen was replaced the next day for about 40% of the price.Extremely overpriced & terrible service go elsewhere.

Booked an appointment over a week in advance to have windshield replaced. Called multiple times prior to ensure the screen had arrived and was compatible with my car. On each occasion, I was assured the screen would be there on time and that there would be no issues with the install. Took the day off work and dropped the car off at the allotted time and caught an Uber home. Received a phone call 45 minutes later by the installer to say the screen couldn't be fitted due to a computer compatibility issue and I had to wait another three weeks to get the work done. Had to catch another Uber back to collect the car. Whilst the installers seem to know their stuff, I'm afraid the same can't be said about the management and administration. Amateurish at best. If you want your work done on time without hassles and unnecessary additional expenses, probably best you go elsewhere. Very disappointing and would not recommend this business.
