Could do with an upgrade. Looks old and weathered. Not a lot of options to park close if leaving on a cruise. Also, when going on a cruise you need to catch a lift, so it takes a while to disembark.

Embarked on a cruise ship but the delays were disgraceful when you have limited walking no seats along the way and no buses to take you in

Very popular location in Melbourne to view big ships, fish off the pier and enjoy being near Port Phillip Bay. Cafes and restaurants as well where you can enjoy some good food and drinks or grab a take away and eat with your feet dangling off the piers.

Excellent service and efficient! Can't appreciate more! Best ever budget cruise experience with a very nice service from the moment you drive in. Plenty of free area and dine in options with bars/ restaurants for the money you pay. Very helpful staff with friendly ambience. Will travel again for sure!

What a lovely hidden bar! They had a function booked in with a special theme. With both outdoor and indoor seating, you can have a lovely chat and enjoy the environment. Very helpful and polite staff even they were extremely busy with decorating the place.

Good spot for Bay views and plenty of nearby dining options. Easy short tram ride from the city. Historic land mark for Melbourne and the dock of the Tasmanian ferry service. Lots of cruise ships as well
