We are in self Quarantine after travelling from Queensland. We have 5 children and we have already had a test that came back negative.... we have a major leak OUTSIDE of our property that is outside our fence they told us they cannot help us due to the law!!!!! And when we asked what was the problem the manager himself said he doesn’t want corona!!!!! If you need help ring the tap doctor!! Yes they are abit pricey but not once did they hesitate to help us! Upside down are unprofessional and actually have no idea what they are talking about especially when there is NO law to help a family with a leak outside of there home!!!!!!

I wasn't happy with the fee and I called them up. The dispute came to a agreed resolution after discussion with [name removed], a Customer Service Manager.
