Aquafin Swim School

My child has been attending Aqua swim for two terms and has got so confident with swimming, the staff are friendly and I love the small class sizes, my child looks forward to each lesson and counts downs the days to the next one.

Written in retrospect to mid 2022.I contemplated on whether I should bother leaving a review. I would rather forget about this business than have to recount the horrendous treatment I received. I feel compelled to warn other hard working parents to do their research.Long story short - one minor misunderstanding snowballed into something unpleasant. I privately contacted the owner to provide feedback and it was met with sarcasm and disdain. My child was abruptly pulled out of their class but thankfully there was another facility readily available who treats our family with courtesy, professionalism and give us the dignity we deserve.All the best to this business.**Edit in response to business owner:I'm not going to dignify that with an explanation.Good luck.

Before coming to Aquafin I had been struggling for years to get my daughter to make any kind of progress in swimming due to her lack of confidence and fear of the water but after finding the right school and teacher for the job my daughter is finally flourishing. She has so much confidence in herself now it makes me so proud and we couldn’t have gotten to this point without the amazing team at Aquafin.

Management & Reception people are hopeless. Did not call back to confirm booking. Online portal is screwed up. Lady replied - we have more than 300 families for booking. Poor service & needs to learn how to talk to customers. Swim trainers are OK. Blacktown Auatic centre is the best.

My kid didn't learn a bit atleast water confidence after few lessons with them. Also very rude and forfeited the missed lessons which were agreed as we didn't pay for the next semester as we didn't see any progress with the kids water confidence.Lessons fine tuned to extract money from people to be precise.

After our kids were traumatised by the instructors at other facilities, we made the switch to Aquafin almost two years ago and have not looked back!Our kids have come so far since being here and have made MASSIVE strides in their confidence and abilities in the water, all thanks to the wonderful team who go above and beyond each week!Nikita (and her team) have been MORE THAN accomodating of my son who has medical issues that affect his mobility and have always been willing to work with us to ensure his needs are always met!The ladies are always incredibly friendly and professional, yet so understanding when issues arise. Their professionalism was always maintained through COVID and they have been super helpful at every turn! The perfectly heated pool all year round is so appreciated for the little ones, especially through winter, and it’s a bonus to have the wall-mounted heaters going for the parents watching from dry land! I honestly could not recommend a place more highly for kids to start their learn-2-swim journey!

My Son started swimming recently. He was very scared of swimming. With the great teaching technique of instructors and motivation he has learnt alot in very short period of time. He has gained his confidence and enjoys swimming every week.Admin is very nice friendly flexible with individual time needs. Highly recommended

Children don’t know how to swim or are very uncomfortable around water?Yeah, I get it. My three boys were too, until we found Aquafin Swim School! This place is honestly the best swim school you will find. All of my children have progressed so far in the time we have been going to Aquafin thanks to the hard working, friendly staff this centre has to offer.At its first glance, don’t let the pool fool you. While it may look small, it has more than enough room to accompany two sessions at a time. It’s fully heated to a perfect temperature to make the little ones comfortable. Even in the cooler months, there are beautiful warm showers and the heaters are always running inside the warehouse.My wife and I cannot praise this place enough! Where’s the 6 star button?

The staff at Aquafin are wonderful and have a friendly approach towards all the kids. It is important for kids to feel safe and comfortable and the teachers here provide that great quality service to our kids. My daughter has gone from being scared to put her head under water to enjoy swimming and looks forward to her lessons every week.Aquafin Swim School is honestly the best swim school you will find for your child.It’s fully heated to a perfect temperature and has beautiful warm showes to make the little ones comfortable.Appreciate the great service your providing to our children Niketa and the team.
