Rose's Phoenix Nails & Beauty

Booked an appointment for 4 people and when we arrived we had to wait for over 30 minutes because they were over booked. when we finally got served it was one person taking turns on working on all 4 of us and they were very rude and aggressive while doing our sns. Made me bleed multiple times, the nails turned out crooked and shapes wrong and the nails are all different lengths. None of the colours were accurate, I picked out a light blue and it turned out fluorescent. The nails were all rushed and prices of hair in them. Left glue all over my hands and glued the extensions to my fingers. Overall it was the worst nail place I have ever been to i probably could do better myself.

I've been here twice now and really like it. The staff are friendly and seem to know their clients - rather than how some places are like production lines - and they are also punctual and work quickly (though maybe a little too rushed at times), yet efficiently. I try and get the first appointment of the day, to try and avoid needing to wait, and they open on time and take you promptly (again, unlike other salons in the area).The one thing I also really love about it here, is the colour selection. There are a ton of beautiful, beautiful colours to choose from, that it almost makes it hard to decide, but you're given plenty of time to look through everything, and they do a good job. I've seen that they do great art, but I'm yet to try anything. I'm sure I'll be back, so I'll try it at some point, but I'm happy to continue coming here due to the friendliness, cleanliness, variety of colours, the good work they do, the ease of parking and the reasonable pricing.I'd highly recommend coming here if you want a lovely job done in a nice environment.

Was my first visit today, despite I can't have long nails for my job I wanted to have a nice design and Rose was so nice and do her best to do the idea that I had! I'm so happy! Definitely I gonna come back!

When you go to Rose’s Phoenix Nails & Beauty salon you are in for a treat, not only do you get a magnificent manicure, SNS, pedicure or whatever beauty treatment you want but you also have a social outings. Everyone is so friendly, staff and clients. The clients have become friends. No matter what day or time you go you can relax and have a friendly chat. It is amazing what is discussed, advice is given and sometimes recipes shared. Treat yourself to a relax and interesting conversation when you next book at Rose’s. You will thank me for the suggestion

Love this place! They are always so accomodating. The nails last forever! I do SNS and it lasts 3-4 weeks. I broke one of the nails last week (my fault) and went back to fix it and they didn’t even charge me! They are also so kind to my son whenever he comes with me!

Best nail place, they always do my nails so well and are so lovely. They are also really hygienic; every person gets their own nail kit. I have been going here for many years and I do not plan on stopping!

Not a perfect experience, all the staff is very rushing and impatient. When the lady applied the first coat, it wasn't the color I wanted, and there were white bubbles on the surface. I talked to her and then they changed another lady who didn't explain anything until I mentioned that it wasn't the color I wanted. They said they would apply another color for the second coat. However, after only three days, cracks started appearing on the surface of the nails, and the nail polish wasn't evenly applied. A bit disappointed It was my first time visiting this salon.

Lovely people, clean and friendly service. Good quality of nails. I received pedicure and SNS nails. Will definitely be returning, happy to have found a new local nail salon.

Went in for a pedicure I’m a man and also got was my nails cut with a nail clipper and charge $15 for something that I could’ve done myself in two minutes, which took her only 10 minutes would not recommend anyone to go there. Any man anyway forget it really terrible service
