These guys used to be my go to for servicing, but since my most recent experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I called with over a week's notice to get my car serviced, dropped my car in at 9:30 and was not told that they hadn't gotten around to my service due to a busy day.If I hadn't had phoned them at 4pm I wouldn't have been updated. I understand businesses can be busy but I phoned ahead, booked in, made the trip (45 minutes from home because of previously good experience) and they didn't even have the courtesy to give me an update.I'll be finding somewhere local from now on.

Graham, Gary and the rest of the Harts have been looking after our cars and bikes for decades now. Graham is a top bloke and always helpful when I have tried to fix something but made it worse. The guys have helped set up my cars for track days, always great deals on tyres, worked on our 4wd's and made up an excellent exhaust for my '65 Austin Healey. They now have a clean new workshop with all the latest tech in Brookvale and are highly recommended.
