Thank you so much to Josh from JM air and his team for installing our 10KW ducted Fujitsu with high standard and quality. We are very impressed with attention to details and time to explaining everything for our new ducted system.It was not a easy job due to low angulation of the metal roof but they did a perfect ducted installation.I will definitely recommend Josh and team to do any Aircond job.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this business. No one showed up to the appointment we had arranged even though I took time off from my business for this and had to schedule things around and lost out on money. I left a voice mail message, two text messages and two Facebook messages that were read by the business but nothing was ever responded to as to, why they were a no show. Poor communication and disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this business, if the appointment was forgotten about, I understand accidents can happen but to ignore customers and not acknowledge or apologise especially when your customer lost out on money on their own business for having to take time out to be home for it is pretty disappointing.
