On a recent motorcycle ride to Vic, I sought some assistance to store a bike with Knight's Honda until I could arrange transport back to SA. I was willing to pay for the stroage but they volunteered to help me out at no charge.This is an excellent example of going the extra steps to provide an first class service. I have shared my experience with all of my motorcycle associates and recommended Knights Honda to them for any sales or services they may need when in that part of the country. A big thank you to this dealership. We were travelling off on a break after three months of lock down when a warning light came on in our car. We decided to push on with the trip but called them en-route and they said not a problem, swing through as you pass by. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were so kind to my family and I that I rang them to thank them when we arrived at our final destination. They had excellent customer service and were all very willing to help. Thank you

I understand that all Toyota dealerships are offering the same product, they certainly don’t all offer the Leongatha Toyota level of personal customer service and commitment. After facing some delays in supply, thanks to Covid and the like, Ryan really shined with exceptional communication and effort. Determined to see us satisfied. Booked 200 series in for 100k service 15 Nov. Along with keyless entry not working I wanted to know what was involved in having our 2014 model navigator upgraded as it has got us lost so often that we are driving around using our phones to navigate with. I picked vehicle up after service to be told something about the spare parts man having to investigate how to upgrade the navigator. Was told they would contact me. I called in a week later to be given the same story. Another week later I rung and someone said they would check it out and ring me back which he did. He gave me the same story and said the parts man wasn't in but he would make a note for him expressing my dissatisfaction. About a fortnight later I rung again and asked to speak to the manager of the business as I was fairly pi..ed off by this stage. After explaining my dilemma to her she thanked me for ringing as she stated that if people don't contact her she is unaware of any problems. She promissed to get in touch with Toyota and ring me back in 1/2 hour. That was a Friday night about 3 weeks ago and surprise surprise I havn't heard from her or anyone at the dealership. Bad news travels pretty fast in the country and although they talk the talk they do not back it up with fair dinkum service. I have used Leongatha Toyota thinking that they know their product but the more I studied my invoice the more I realize I was paying dearly for incompetence. New owners!!

Almost 8 years ago I discovered Knights Toyota. It was a 1 hour drive to this country Dealer and I really enjoy my random visits.The Service Manager Tristan and the Parts Manager Graeme really know their stuff.Bradley Westaway and his team entice me back with great service and knowledge.Keep up the great work...My 200 series Landcruiser just past 340,000 km and the reliability is the best I have ever experienced. Still not using oil and the fuel economy of the big V8 Twin Turbo diesel is same as almost new.... Great work Mr Toyota...

After having a good chat with David there, who listened to my needs and gave me straight answers I bought a new car from him. I also traded my car in and got a fair price for it (you don't often hear that!). It was a very easy process overall and they were nice guys to deal with.
