I wish I had an option of giving a rating in negative. Have been living in one of their properties since past 4+ months. The agent never takes her calls and most of the repairs needed in the house (which is literally half of the house) have either been brushed under the carpet stating that the owner got the house for investment purposes. A lot of things in the house like door stopper or fire alarm were fixed using blue tick or double sided tape. For major repair, the agent had been stalling the repair in lieu of either unavailability of part, asking us to get picture of the part from the community group and then asking us to fix it on our own.Not a type of professionalism you look for from an agent in a property where one is legally bonded by a 12 month lease.
