Dive Bar
Bartenders were very nice but they couldn’t change the channel during the Australian Open and so we watched cricket during the home town sporting event night after night. The hotel mentioned the bar was privately owned so nothing they could do either. Frustrating!

Staff were incredibly rude. I tried to get a happy hour drink at Dive Bar at 5.55pm, just 5 mins before happy hour was closing. The bartenders ignored me until it was 6.01pm, at which time they told me it was too late to get a happy hour drink. Not impressed, and never coming back.

Very friendly bartenders, drinks were delicious, especially their signature cocktails. The Melbourne fizz and mango margarita are must-trys!

NYE drinks as we were staying at the hotel on site. Cocktails were great!But the experience was extremely dampened by one of the waitresses having what appeared to be a group of friends in taking up half the seats at the bar and would then make comments to her friends about other patrons at the bar in French.Not a great experience overall, only had the one drink and went elsewhere.

This classy bar is an undiscovered treasure in the crowded bar scene in the Southbank area - captivating cocktails are just the starter, the prawn toasties are simply amazing! Do yourself a favour and dive into this venue if you’re in the city….

Happy hour , $10 cocktails!!Pool table & lounge. Nice, warm , comfy bar to settle into for an evening. Right on Southbank so great position.

Quiet bar, but a nice vibe for an in-house hotel bar. Very friendly/helpful staff, especially the bartender Tom. Not a huge selection of wines and cocktails, but they were well prepared.

Not a good experience at all. Spent $30 on a cheeseburger! Thought must be good.. received and couldn’t even eat it , it was that bad. I was also over charged $10. Had to explain mulitiple times trying to get my money back. On the menu it said $30 and they said was $34 on the computer system , had to explain I should be charge the price written on the menu. Ended up getting a dollar less then what I was owed, Didn’t care by this stage and just wanted to leave.

Very ordinary food and drinks. Nothing special to serve that a 4/5 star hotel. Come on do better. My drink was barely anything more than alcohol - no taste. Food is almost inedible and disgusting. Be aware this is for young Instagrammers /social media influence bar!
