We had many people come out for quotes, but Mark by far was the most thorough, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. The job he did was impeccable. By this I mean, the whole process + the waterproofing. The quoting process and warranties were well explained to us. And done In a timely way. When the job started mark He was easily contactable the whole time, he managed all the trades very thoroughly, (it was quite a big job including 4 balconies/ roof. + waterproofing +tiling). He was attentive and very clean and exceptionally careful with the house. He turned up every time he said he would, he communicated well during all the out of his control crazy weather. I called Mark when I was at my wits’ end - desperate to fix my leak when two others had tried and failed. He was calm and clear, and knowledgeable. He came when he said he would and now, no leaks!
