Went to this store by accident, was supposed to be going to Gympie. It turned out to be the wrong road I took. Meet gentleman named Phillip who pointed me in the correct direction and explained all about beds etc. who knew there was so much in choosing a bed, got a fantastic bed and a marvellous deal plus freebies what else can you ask for. Service was great totally recommend.

One of the worse mattress I have experienced. Maybe my choice however there are better available, shop around don't be fooled with discount prices as I was.

I had been searching for a medical type bed for some time. I needed all features of hi/low, massage, raise and lower etc. I was so confused by the different prices and styles. As a self managed funded client by Federal Government I was conscious of cost, service and ensuring I had a bed that would tick all the boxes required by my funding provider. Beds R Us was the only place that were in touch with what I needed, no heavy sales approach, offers to meet any of my needs including having a double bed style and , believe me a price far lower ( truely) than any other supplier. In excess of $2000. Beds R us Head office even had a trial bed bought to Noosaville for my OT 's approval. Customer service far exceeded my expectations and after service excellent to check I was happy. In this day and age where rarely does one find the client is first and needs are met Beds R Us has succeeded. Jeanne Marshall
