From time of purchase, through settlement and till our arrival a month later, Nick also managed renovations, maintenance, tradesmen and furniture negations and delivery. During 2022 I marketed my property through Nick. Through my experience I found him to be mostly professional however I couldn't help to feel that he had too many listings at once.
