I recently took my Tiffany and co necklace to be repaired and cleaned, when I went and picked it up, I was told it would cost more money than I was quoted, I refused to pay extra and I paid what I was first quoted, only when I was at home I noticed the heart symbol had not been cleaned correctly and had a mark on it. Very dissatisfied with the service, I will be taking it to another jewellery store and have it cleaned correctly. It is such a shame because I have always received wonderful service from Angus and Coote. The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful that's why I gave them 2 stars

Unprofessional Staff! Thursday I was browsing for some diamond hoops to treat myself too when I couldn't help but overhear a staff member yelling at and belittling another staff member on the store floor! The young girl was left visibly upset and in what it looked like to be tears. I won't be returning to a store that condones this poor behaviour. Very disappointing shopping experience.

I got a CZ sterling silver tennis chain from here a couple of months back and it sparkles very nicely. I wear it everyday to work and it's tough.

Amazing staff at this store, so helpful when I wanted a jewellery repair on an old piece of jewellery that suffered an accident. Great service. The care taken with my repair was above expectation, it came back looking like new again, not only repaired but reshaped and cleaned. Excellent price with a quick return. I have also been happy with purchases from here. Won't buy elsewhere now.

Was served by lovely ladies who were more then happy to help me exchange a ring that I got my auntie for another ring. While also agreeing to send the ring that I bought (that needed to be specially made cause of my fingers) to Port Macquarie when it arrives to them. Absolutely marvelous customer service.

I brought my watch here as they were $160 cheaper than the jewellery store straight opposite, without any haggling or bargains the ladies were also very helpful, will definitely shop here again.

DO NOT recommend them at all.They have the worst customer service and very rude and disrespectful retailers, I am very disappointed with their service and wont go to that store ever again. I wont buy from them at all.The manager's assistant is very rude and disrespectful.

A little disappointed in the customer service. Went in dressed in casual gym clothes as I was going to get a massage and although two staff greeted me, neither of them offered assistance for what I wanted to buy and neither were doing anything or serving customers. You just lost a four hundred dollar sale. Sorry I was not dressed appropriately for you store.
