Brilliant course run by two exceptional hosts. Andrew and Grant made us feel welcome from the start and were very detailed in their explanations for each step. I would highly recommend gathering a few friends and making time for this course, we had a blast. Also, do bring cash to buy some of their homemade spices and sauces as they are worth it!

This course is perfect for amateur and experienced hunters. A lot of tips and tricks to learn about skinning, prepping and cooking your kill, Grant and Andrew both have vast knowledge of this sporting hobby, and both down to earth genuine blokes.There is plenty of delicious food served throughout the day, all cooked with fresh and flavourable ingredients. Highly recommend this course. 10/10

My wife just bought the chilli paste from the bald chef. She is the biggest chilli fan and one hell of a foodie. She has said that this chilli paste is by far the best she has ever tasted. I tried it and man oh man it is amazing !!

Would highly recommend this experience to anyone, Grant and Andrew are incredible hosts with a wealth of knowledge. We learnt so much in respect to processing meat, cooking skills and recipes that were all fun and practical. Food on the day could not be better and as a non-hunter I felt very comfortable the entire day.
