Victoria Smash Repairs

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I booked for my car to be repaired on the 10th i called up on the 9th asking what time they wanted me to come in they told me 8am, then i got a call backing saying they change my date cause they had to put someone else in without any notice. I then told him i've waiting for 1 an half month, he become very rude. There are many other places to get your vehicles repaired at!

This place is amazing fixed my car in a couple days after the insurance sent my car to them for repairs after a car accident, even washed and polished the car for me, couldn't be more happier.

Was referred here by Allianz. I dropped my car off right around Christmas time and they managed to fix it in two weeks. I'm grateful for that..

Always great communications with friendly manner. Genuine advise. Work done professionally and within the expected time. Never drop the ball. Victoria smash repair is the best in the trade.

Beware of this smash repairs, they scratched my car and denied doing it, even thought they took photos of my car beforehand. The director, Boun Chaisumdet is an arrogant prick. I complained to my insurance Allianz and they did nothing about it. This company was supposed to be “insurer approved smash repairs”. Don’t trust them with your car.

Quick repair and gave me a complimentary car to drive in the interim. Felt the owner was a bit demeaning when I had reasonable questions to ask after I booked in my repair, so I do agree with the other reviews about this.

only if there was a 0 star rating option. ridiculously disappointed. learn to communicate with customers with manners. frankly rude and unfriendly. also develop new strategies to become more organised and efficient with time management.

he doesn't provide to much information about the repair, rude attitude, I got extra 2 scratches on my car and when I asked for that he said ''Scratches happen anywhere'' the car was plenty of dust inside and out side, he doesn't use original parts, after a year of the repair the bumper start to pop out, the back door is not properly aligned.if you love your car don't risk it in this place.

Repaired my car on two occasions. Quick and efficient- very easy to deal with. Thank you

following comments are all my opinion and experience with them. the owner is unhelpful and rude. even though he is a supposedly an 'insurer approved repairer', and suppose to follow their procedures he often mis-communicates with them - took the car to him twice only to be sent away rudely. any slight hints given to him that you would rather cash settle from an accident - he will deliberately push your 'on-site' check to 4 weeks plus so you go to another repairer (at least threaten to do so - who can blame him, he doesn't get paid for it - but thats the policy of the insurer)...words from him you are wasting my time " - "I have better things to do..."... the guy also accused us of insurance fraud
