This is by far my favourite EB to shop at. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and are always up to provide help as well as a good chat. The store has an easy to understand layout and very easy to maneuver around items. There is never any stock laying around.

Though I buy most of my games online these days, EB games is great to grab some new hardware or to just check out their merch. The staff are knowledgeable (personal experience) and really have a passion for gaming. It is much easier to trust someones recommendation if they have used the product themselves. Great shop.

Pretty lame service today when picking up my Ps5. I asked if the Ps5 presale were released as I hadn’t received any emails since the pre order and immediately got a rude response from the staff, they switched their tone once they realised I was there to pick up my order. Not great as I’ve previously had great experiences at this location so perhaps just a bad day, but still not awesome speaking to your customers like they’re stupid.

One of my favorite EB's!The staff are knowledgeable, polite, funny and make a point to see if they can help you, without being pushy.Bought some great loot from here the other week and was helped out by a great staff member who really made the whole experience quite special.Not all EB's are all that crash hot, so if you've got the option to choose, EB Games at Mt Gravatt should always be your first choice.

Been an EB customer past 16 years. My now local store refused price match on game from another store, still $85 mind you.. citing it was not in stock at most local store and 20mins away a another in stock store was not local enough to match. Bought online instead for less.Trying to support Brick and mortar stores but this kind of senseless pricing strategy in an attempt to rip customer off to help bottom line is not going to retain my business. Gamestop 2.0 in the making. Edit: didn't realise EB was owned by gamestop.. everything falling into place now.Taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do too.
