Over 40 years of buying and selling Real Estate this would be the worst experience as a purchaser I have every experienced. Buyers beware if you are thinking of using these people.The list is too long to put in a feedback but the sales person was a bully, ,made allegations that were not correct. We put some things at the back of the house 3 days out from settlement. The sales person threatened legal action and going to remove them.We were not able to do an inspection until we put the power on as they had it completely cut off.The tenants had dogs living in the house and we asked for the carpets to be cleaned professionally and pest sprayed, we were told that the tenants did it themself. This was the same agent who was handling the rental. We did not get access to the garage, not able to check if things worked and the list goes on. It was the most distressing time and could not wait to take the sign away from the property when we got the keys.

The team at River Realty did a fantastic job in marketing and selling our investment property. They were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them
