Purchased some hiking boots 3 days ago, upon wearing them noticed there is a side bolster in the foot that rubs on my foot and causes severe pain.Went in to secure a refund, as the boots are not fit for purpose. I was told I would not get a refund and lodged a warranty claim. I was told to leave the boots in the store while this occurred, so now I am both bootless and down $190.Do not shop here, they do not follow the Australian consumer guarantees.

What a real joke.I went to get my lpg bottle refilled, they took my bottle and charged me, after waiting over 30min I picked it up near the door entrance as this is how they always do whenever it’s ready. When I picked it up it looked like the weight was the same and had the docket. Today I just ran out of gas camping far far away from any refill point. What a real joke. Don’t give responsibility to those pre teenagers if they can’t handle the job. That little joke will cost me heaps on fuel just to get back to the main town. Disgrace.Whenever I get back to that shop get ready because I’ll fit my safety boot and will kick both of you guys arses.

I stay in Werribee, and Hoppers Crossing is my closest store. I would rather drive out all the way here to Geelong because we get better customer service. Every aisle we walk into, there is a worker asking if we need help. I was shocked because there's never staff available in hoppers crossing. It's a horrible wait at the counter because there is only one staff member at the counter ever bloody week we go there for fishing gears. Every staff member here in geelong sre awesome! Thanks for the services.

I got a fluid bike and nothing but problems. Worst customer service. Staff watch and look at you like your going to steal something. No welcoming not much camp gear and prices are very expensive for not very good things. 0 stars if i could. Pull your finger out mr manager

Super-crowded store. Not so much with customers, but with stock everywhere in the aisles that was yet to be unpacked and put on display. I also found the store hard to navigate. My partner is on a walker and we found ourselves doubling back on numerous occasions due to blocked aisles.Anaconda Geelong won't be at the top of my places to shop when looking for this type of store.
