Have always received good service, above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. They work at prompt service and fair pricing. Be patient if phone isn't always answered first try as staff are sometimes all busy and they don't have the big volume of staff that some other more advertised places do. Easy location to get to in a modern facility. Waiting room and a tv where you can even change channels!

Had my VX commodore in for a wheel alignment as i had major Toe missalignment.They were very helpful, knowledgable and easy to talk to.Even gave me a lift back to work as i work a few minutes away.What most impressed me though was that they picked up a worn wheel bearing and notified me of the issue and gave me a full print out of the before and after read outs of the wheel alignment. Excellent service and as cheap if not cheaper than anywhere else at $77.They will have all my jobs from now on.

My wife had such a great experience with the staff and service at Watts. After ordering a spare tyre for our vehicle, Sally (and the business owner) fit us in at the end of the work day at the very last minute, without fuss and provided such great service to us. We would absolutely recommend this business to anyone!
