Staff are always preoccupied & never ask if you need help? Often organising stock or standing behind counter. 3.15 on a Friday, I was only customer in store & was not acknowledged once.

Not what they used to be. A lot of this stuff is now available cheaper in Kmart and Big W. Still some good gadgets though.

Just purchased a retractable air dryer, pointed out to the lady the specific one we were after. She grabbed a different brand to the one we selected. When asked what the difference was, she stated ‘they’re the same, ones made in Germany and the other in China’. She failed to mention the substantial difference in price, conveniently!
