Motorserve North Parramatta

I went to Motoserve in Alexandria and explained to the person who approached me that my car did not start for 20 mins in Botany. I wanted someone to check if it was a battery issue and get a new battery. He put a blank face and asked me to park the car, turn off the engine and go inside, and explain to someone in the office. I then went inside the office. A lady approached me and I explained the reason for coming there. Her response was, We are an assessment centre. You have to call claims who will give you a claims number

I am very happy with the car repair they did to my car. They returned it to me like it was not smashed. They returned my car to me clean as well. Janine was very helpful with my queries too. Great team and good customer service! Highly recommended :)

These guys are the accessors for NRMA.Quick service... they have a coffee machine so you can enjoy whilst waiting... for the few minutes before I got serviced... plenty of seats and car spaces

Initially I felt it was good friendly staff etc. but later realised when I started following up with the damage they did as part of repairing my car. They don’t answer the calls and no response. I went personally their response will fix it and call you but no response. Typically they don’t care. I am with NRMA and never had this kind of issue before. Additionally NRMA is also not proactively flowing up and I have to continuously checking with them. Worst experience better I won’t stay with NRMA. I have contacted the insurer NRMA but they still chasing you guys. I have visited your store yesterday personally and I was promised that today I will get a call and will advise on the further details but no call till now.

Do Not use this company . Had my car panel beaded through this company when they returned my vehicle,They never told me they couldn’t find parts for it. When I went back a couple of days late they were smart and arrogant, very rude. One bald behind the counter, especially . once again steer clear of them.

2022It was a pleasant experience overall. Booking our car for work was easy. And we received good customer service when we dropped off and picked up the car.2023Last year I gave Motorserve 4 stars. So now a year later, I took my car back to them. Awesome job and great service, Motorserve. You just got your fifth star.

What can I say. The staff members at Motorserve are fantastic from1. The first initial walk in greeted with the upmost courtesy and very professional. Offered coffee and water on my arrival.2. Requested if can have someone to drop me off at Parramatta Station. Provided.3. Continue update on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. From Scott4. Then update from Manager Amanda on other findings that my Jeep needed attention to.Picked up my Jeep 15/02/2023 once again the staff fantastic even showed me how to use Zip cos returned from an one month overseas trip so didn't have much of savings left to pay for the full amount and offer to show me how to do part payment on Zip. Now honestly, who does that. Staff that is willing to lend a helping a hand to show a customer to do Zip.All I can say that my Jeep has never felt better driving home and I'm not staring at the dashboard due to the lights showing up for Oil and Engine (image attach). Especially being 19years of age. Was such a smooth run, without any hiccups.Motorserve keep up the great work, I will definitely be recommending to friends, family and especially colleagues.
