Rented for ~10 months. Move-in and issues with lockouts were handled quickly and easily. Unfortunately, my experience of being charged for cleaning (only a few weeks after an almost perfect required inspection) and being sent bills for advertising my property when I didn’t agree to pay was very frustrating. I asked for an early move out due to COVID-19 changes with my work, and they said advertising for a new lessor would be possible but never mentioned a charge. Two months later, no ad was placed, and I received a bill in my inbox.

TENANTS BEWARE!The team was nice and friendly to us (tenant) until it was time to vacate the place.We worked tireless to keep the place clean when we lived there as we're both clean freaks. We also use their own recommended bond cleaner which basically did nothing as the place was already spotless. They always commended our effort of keeping the place sparkling each time they visit.Despite all of that, their exit inspection was full of unrealistic and shocking items. They tried to blame pre-existing defect and damage on us well knowing it was there before we moved (from photos). I guess they're trying to keep the overseas owners happy at the expense of local tenants and their sanity.

It's been an absolute pleasure being tenants of flyhomes.They were always very quick to respond and fix issues that came up, also keeping us updated on things coming up and we're always nice to speak with on the phone. One of the best real estates I've been with.

Without any doubt this is the worst Realestate agent in Qld - (possibly Australia)Tennant. Rent per week $1200 (so quite a substantial amount to pay)This agent has failed to comply the the follow Acts during my tenancya) Failing to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act)b) Failing to supply an Entry notice (Form 9) and;Supplying an entry notice with misleading information:(a) Full Name of person entering;(b) Reason for entry - Movable dwelling.* Failing to comply with the Residential Tenancies andRooming Accommodation Act2008.c) Without the permission of myself as the creator of an email, both the permanent copying and forwarding of an email are potentially infringements of copyrightFailing to comply with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (Copyright Act)d)Failed to inform the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) regarding the matter of my personal email address being disclosed without my consent?1. After a routine inspection, the agent locked a flyscreen that was left open as I only used the key to the main door (separate key for fly screen). This action completely locked me out of my home. I called the agent at 2:40pm to advise that I had been locked out. The response I received was: you need to collect key from office after 5pm

When I was their tenant their answer was very fast by my questions. I vacated their lease 8 days ago and I asked regarding condition report and bond refund by email and text message to manager. However they replied once a day or nothing. It is very different attitude.
