Refused to sell Items at shelf Pricing.This store refused to sell an item that was listed on the shelf at it advertised price point ($1089). Instead claiming they had to sell it as a different kit, and attempting to charge a much higher amount ($1299). Would not honour the price on the shelf.

Nice new store so everything was clean, tidy and well organised.I did have trouble catching floor staff. It seemed as though they were all at the counter. This meant going from one end of the shop to the other. Not a big issue but it is helpful to be able to find someone in the aisles to ask a question.

Very tidy and well presented shop. I went in on their grand opening day and upgraded our tools for our workshop. I had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager - Nathan who was very helpful and knowledgable and got us sorted with every we needed. This is now our go-to shop for all tools and equipment!
