Was expecting the usual grind when you have to wait for a new phone but the girl who served me was so courteous and patient, sorted everything out easily and I got exactly what I wanted. Had a lovely manner, a beautiful smile and the whole thing was surprisingly quick and easy. Even offered to help me setup the new phone which was really going above and beyond I thought. Have had poor customer service from telstra before but this young lady is an asset to your shop. Thank you.

The agents here are so helpful and curtious. Who could ask for more? Extra staff would be good so that people aren't standing around waiting to be served. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Went there to inquire about the latest iPhone 14 and the staff was very arrogant and sarcastic. He refused to let my grandmother explain because he claimed to know everything because he had been handling business accounts for years but later realized he was wrong. I just hope the staff were more accommodating to people of color.

The blonde lady that’s front of house is possibly the rudest most patronising shop assistant I’ve ever met. She should not be representing Telstra until her attitude is sorted.

Rude, unhelpful and a disgrace to Telstra. Have bought 5 phones and and plans for myself and staff from Optus who were extremely helpful. More expensive but SERVICE was good. Sorry Telstra you need to monitor your franchise.BL
