Johnny Bun Bun Wash and Dry

I've been travelling around Australia for the last 12 months and, compared with laundry facilities in the outback, this is clean and space-age.The reason for the low rating is my personal experience with the (space-age) charging. Instead of taking good old traditional dollar coins, it takes a swipe of credit card or phone app or ..Which is great when it works .. but worse than useless when it didn't, as there is no fallback.In my case I tried two machines, filling both and loading both up with detergent .. and only then being told Transaction Cancelled".I called the owner who told me that it was a Telstra problem

What a great Laundrette!! Super cool, very clean (smells like a Swedish sauna, in a good way!!) great tunes, latest equipment with BIG wash & dry machines plus Tap n Go...big TICK!! I don't normally have the need to go to a laundry but popped in today for seasonal refresh of bedding items...all sorted in no time! Met 'Johnny Bun Bun' himself who dropped by to check on things...fun, charismatic & caring about his great business. Fantastic experience & would highly recommend if your a local or live afar : )

Very clean and well maintained. Sometimes there are issues with the payment on the machines, but overall a very positive experience

They charged my card and didn't allow me to wash forcing me to be charged againAvoid this place there help number don't workGo elsewhere .

Not very happy that my card was charged twice for one load of washing because of a technical issue on the machines end. $22 for one load of washing is a bit ridiculous and I have no means of getting refunded for their machines mistake.

Avoid this place....I have been scammed charges your card twice before allowing u to wash clothesCalled bank they are investigating seems that I'm not the only victimWon't be back

Great laundry! Clean and awesome washing machines and dryers. Nice to go somewhere that isn’t run down, old and dirty.
