Not happy with darryn, I have visited garage 3 times and he is not helping me giving one quote about my car. He just keep telling it will be done by today and today. From friday to monday. No update !!!

I brought my car to Acclaim Accident Repairs at Malvern East after I had an accident on my front car bumper.Darryn was very, friendly, helpful and detailed when he inspected the damages.I just collected my car this morning after two days of repairs. Very happy with the repairs to my car. The entire process was entirely fuss free. They do seem to be pretty busy most of the time, but worth waiting to have my panel fixed there. Would recommend.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!I took my car to the garage for accident repairs after it was hit by a truck while parked. I put my trust in Darryn and and didn't take photos of my car before leaving it with him to repair.The bonnet was replaced crooked and my side mirror was damaged while in the garage but I did not have evidence of this as I didn't take enough photos of my car before leaving it with him.He is a dishonest mechanic and tried to put it through the insurance, which got rejected as it was not damaged before he worked on it. I am now out more money and time due to his dishonesty.Please do not do what I did, go to a reputable garage who works honestly and does not rip you off. A hard lesson to learn.

Had a quote done at the start of the week and was advised it would be emailed to me 24 hours later , never sent to me so the job has gone to someone else to be repaired.Cannot be bothered chasing it up as it is not the first time this has happened.Is going through my insurance company so I guess they loose out.

Terrible business. Asked them to quote repairs in person, they agreed to do the job, took photos and said they would get back to me. Six weeks later, I have called several times and left messages, not a single call has been returned. I visited in person again and again was promised someone would get back to me. Nothing. If you don't want to do the job, just tell me so I can go somewhere, don't stuff me around like this.

I booked in my Audi for a bonnet respray the first week after lockdown and found Darryn to be courteous, competent, reliable and reasonable re price. The work was done on time and based on my experience I would recommend him to anyone.
