I have been to many many hair salons in and around Sydney and Louise Richmond Hair Design is one of the best i have been to. Relaxed and a friendly environment with staff that a personable but extremely talented. Louise has her finger on the pulse when it comes to modern hair and her staff are well trained and have a great eye.I am a blonde so very fussy with my colour and hair and they get it right all the time. They also helped with my transition from normal hair, to fringe, to curtain bangs and back again with ease and grace.Highly recommend

Lou & her team are incredible. From the first time I called to find a quick appointment I knew I was going to love the vibe at this salon. By far the best colourist of blonde I have ever been to & all the staff are fabulous. Thanks for always making me feel amazing!

Without a doubt the best salon I have visited! Louise is incredible at what she does (including my wedding) but I have also had wonderful experiences with all the stylists for many years. The salon is pristine and everyone is always so lovely. I couldn't recommend them more!

Lovely team and great blow dry. Amy was absolutely fabulous, she took such great care with my frizz prone locks and gave me a great blow dry.Louise and the team are all so lovely and I saw some great hair do’s leaving - highly recommend, I’ll be back :)

They are AMAZING! I really have a long hair, and I want to cut it short, but I can't decide which cut looks good on my round face. Louise did an amazing job, and I've been receiving compliments. So Thank You!Belle is amazing too and gave me a good head massage before my haircut.Thank you team !P.S. they offer complimentary drinks :)

Not only was it such a fun experience with awesome customer service, my hair cut and colour service was the best I have had in years! The staff know their stuff and gave me great advice - achieving the look I was going for at half the price I was quoted by other salons. I have incredibly fine hair and have been suffering alopecia, the haircut has allowed my hair to grow back.

The staff are always cheerful, professional and offer the best hair advise. Lockdown has been difficult but Louise Richmond Hair Design made colour touch up packs for click and collect with instructions. Such a great feeling to have fresh hair colour. Can't wait to be back in the chair for some pampering!

I have been a customer at Louise's for quite a few years now. Always professional and a very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy having your haircut and coloured. The new salon is in a perfect location and very modern. Louise always cuts my hair and I love that it is so easy to look after when I get home. Never disappointed.

Louise and her staff are absolutely amazing! Always leave so happy with my hair and they are so helpful with advice and suggestions on colour, cut and styling. Most recently tried the tape hair extensions and they managed to find the perfect colour and match to my hair. 10/10 recommend :) :)
