I bought a couch in Dec 21. Was told 8 weeks delivery and it arrived in May 22, 6 months later.In the 6 months I have owned the couch I've already had to replace the zipper, had a technician attend to do a repair to the wood internally as its been falling apart. In the month since this repair I now have another 4 issues with the structure falling apart. I've asked for a refund and to return the couch with the on the phone support team, which is based in Manila (don't ask for a callback, because I did and they won't do it). They have to send a technician out to inspect, which I'm not being told will be over a month before someone can even look at it. I'll be waiting longer for Nick Scali to get their act together then I've actually had the couch.I have no couch to sit on in my house for a month and somehow they think this is OK.Bad product, bad service - wish I'd read these reviews first.

Purchased an EVE lounge 15th June 2018 for $7554. Received it on 20 August 2018.(See images)This is how the delivery man left our place after the installation $90 fee. Gave him $100. He didn't take the rubbish or give me change. The quality of the lounge is so flimsy too. Cup holders are cheap plastic with paint that scrapes off easily.Main issue now:I called July 2022 as 1 of 3 batteries no longer charges and 1 requires to be charged every 2-3 days. (It's supposed to last 3-4 weeks and advised to charge every 2 weeks). I never received a msg to action the call out as instructed. So I called 3 weeks later. They requested I pay $75. I paid 17/08/22.I knew I needed 1 battery to be replaced as it was not charging.The technician came today and stayed for 8minutes to tell me I need a new battery but didn't bring any with him despite discussing this on the phone for the second time with NS team. I was told that I would have to rebook, pay for another call out fee and need to pay for battery prior to installation. What an absolute joke!!$345 per battery plus another installation and call out fee: $765 for 2 more faulty batteries that won't even last for 3 years. Never buying from them again.

Had such a great experience at Nick Scali Caringbah. Manager George and Bilal were AMAZING, super helpful and customer service was next level!Both George and Bilal went above and beyond to help us and both so understanding with our circumstances. Thank you soooooo much for your help in the end George, your compassion and understanding meant the world to us!

Everything was perfect and exactly as seen in store, delivery was so much earlier than expected which I cannot believe as my leather 8 seater lounge was custom made. Your service, and quality of furniture has exceeded my expectations. Again thanks so much for your outstanding service.

POOR COMMUNICATIONStore staff lovely ✅Delivery drivers lovely ✅COMMUNICATION and call centre staff unhelpful and lacking care!Delivery arrived 8.15pm - I would not purchase from Nick Scali again due to two bad delivery experiences and lack of support, forward thinking or commitment from dispatching department.

Purchased an expensive leather couch from Nick Scali only 3 years ago as my first couch. I don't have pets or children and still the couch has aged terribly. Will never be purchasing another product from Nick scali as a result. Hope this helps anybody considering.

Spacious showroom. Plenty parking under the the shop. Staffs are helpful and the store are cleans. Unfortunately we didn't buy anything from there but still satisfied with the shop.

THE BIGGEST SCAM! Don’t buy from this store!!There are Facebook pages warning everyone about how bad they are. Check yourself…If I knew this earlier I wouldn’t have bought from them. I trusted them and now I regret.I purchased a couch in September 2022 it’s end of December and I still don’t have a confirmed delivery date for it. On top of that they lied to me saying the couch was going to be delivered this week so I paid the reminder amount and a few hours later “due to unforeseen circumstances “ they canceled the delivery.They have my money for over 4 months now and I have no couch. I only managed to get the delivery fee discounted but that’s not even 5% of the price of the couch.On top of that their customer service is horrible. There’s no way to contact the store directly they hardly ever reply to my calls and emails.Not to mention how rude they were to me over the phone the only time they called me back.

Ordered a new lounge from the Caringbah store in March 22. Told delivery would be 8-12 weeks which suited us as we were renovating.Renovations now complete (July 22) so contacted the 1300 number to see what’s happening.The call goes to a Manila call centre!They said they would email the store in Caringbah and ask them to contact me. That was yesterday. No response from Nick Scali Caringbah.Called the Manila call centre again today. They are now saying a late August delivery date. Double the time initially quoted at purchase. They emailed the Caringbah store AGAIN to try and get a response from these people.I asked the call centre person to put me straight through to the manager of the Caringbah store as I have a few customer service suggestions for him. The number just rings out. Nobody is answering.In the time it has taken me to write this I’ve been on hold waiting for the Caringbah store to pick up. Crickets!DO NOT BUY FROM NICK SCALI! Especially the Caringbah store. Customer service post purchase is non-existent.
