It used to be such a nice place to shop. Never any problems in the butchery dept when the female butcher was in charge. But the new management transferred her to the Deli and replaced her with a male butcher. I buy trays of raw chicken necks for my dog each week. When I went through check out recently the male butcher happened to be nearby, so I asked him if it was possible to drain the excess blood and water from the trays of chicken necks. No" was the resounding reply. All the meat comes to them frozen. And apparently it's all done by a machine

Not sure why people leave bad review for this shop. It might be there own personal experience. Well I do enjoy shopping from here as there are a lot of variety of products which you wont get in any other super market.The downside is some of the products are expensive, but I have to emphasis some of the products, not all!

This supermarket has gone down hill at a rapid rate. Staff are rude and not helpful at all. The Deli section in particular which had a wonderful lady working in it is now got nothing but rude and extremely lazy staff. I don't recommend going there it's understaffed and one person at checkout even when many people waiting. Not wasting my time or hard earned $$. Plenty of other choices in this area

This used to be a lovely place. Great for that last minute item. Now. There is hardly anything on the shelves. No body is around to help. And checkout staff barely acknowledge you as they throw you through. Won’t go back.

Omg some ppl ask for alot... I work as a Nurse and during this time the Junction Foodland has been my surprise for the price and quality of meats and veg... You have NFI if your complaining about the cost here... The world is in chaos and this is the best price you can imagine for shopping during the crisis. I was a Chef before a Nurse and if you want value you can't believe the saving and quality.

New management continually reduce checkout staff to save money . Shelves are not stocked often enough. Meat room though is amazing. Lots of products and a great butcher called micheal who is great.

Love their BBQ chicken, continental breads & deli, not bad for such a compact shop. The down side is they don't have a huge range of teas.
